In this lesson you will review basic navigation of the TXPRO App.
Where to Start
- From the Launchpad, select TXPRO.
- Select Log in to TXPRO.
Not available on your Dashboard?
If not available on your Dashboard, use Settings to add or remove flip cards.
TXPRO App Overview
The Overview page gives you an overview of accountability projections for the District/School and Students you have access to, for the academic year.
1. Navigation Bar
District & Schools Users With Multiple School Level Access
- District and School users with District level access will see the District Name.
- When clicking on the District Name, a District/School and Accountability Year selector is available to change the data you are viewing.
- Need help? Select the Question Mark to access TXPRO Help Window to assist you.
- Select the Gear Icon to access TXPRO Settings.
School Users with Single School Access
- Your District and School Site will be displayed.
- When clicking on the School Name, an Accountability Year selector is available to change the data you are viewing.
- Help and Support is a simple click away.
2. Sub-Navigation Menu
Additional tools and information are available based on your District/School and Student access such as:
- Student Achievement
- School Progress
- Closing the Gaps
Overall Performance
- Upon logging into the TXPRO App, you will land on the Overview page and show overall results based on your District/School and Student access.
- An Overall Performance Level donut chart will be available at the top, followed by overall performance donut charts for each Domain
- The score rating, color, and range varies based on the thresholds displayed above
- Click the Overall Performance graph to open additional Overall Score Information
Calculation
- Calculations will contain a breakdown of the overall rating and domain score
- Values are dynamic based on District/School and Accountability year information selected
- A Projected Rating is available
A-F Ratings
- Click to select A-F Ratings
- Rating Labels are available for reference
Components
- Click to select A-F Ratings
- The better of Student Achievement or School Progress score will count for 70% of the overall grade and the Closing the Gaps score will count for 30%.
