This lesson begins assuming the testing app has already been downloaded to student's device. If it has not, please take a look at:
Where to Start
Windows Student Edition
Not suitable for K-12 situations where the district controls the student devices. Requires students to have administrator rights to authorize installing or auto-updating the browser.
Windows Lab Exe Edition
Suitable for individual installations in typical district situations when the IT department staff will install one-by-one on student devices. Students do not need administrator rights.
Windows Lab MSI Edition
Suitable for when the district wants to use their central Window software distribution system to install on student devices.
Mac OS X Student and Lab Use
For use with Mac computers, both on individual student devices and in computer lab situations.
Chromebook Administrator Guide
The Chromebook App is a Chrome Extension that can only be run in kiosk mode when the Chromebooks are centrally managed with Chrome Device Management.
