Illuminate offers a Learning Community containing e-content for its various products. Organizations wanting to take advantage of Learning Community content, but within their own Learning Management System, have the option to purchase an e-content export. This article provides a video walkthrough of using the export catalog to access the content and resources on uploading content into your LMS.
The e-Content Export is a paid offering. Organizations have access to the e-content for one year after purchase. If organizations choose not to renew their purchase, any already downloaded content remains functional; however, any updates to content going forward will no longer be available. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
Export Tour
The Learning Community is a central part of Illuminate's mission to offer educators innovative and effective learning experiences. For districts that utilize a Learning Management System, the export provides downloadable files to take content offered in Illuminate's Learning Community into their own system to track progress, and customize the learning experience.
Inside the Export
The export is several Google Spreadsheets which include instructions and the Learning Pathways. The Instructions tab provides written directions for downloading content and explanations of what appears on each Learning Pathway tab. The Learning Pathways include content for users based on their role in an Illuminate product. The pathways include System Administrator, All Users, and a General Catalog. Select each tab to review content for those roles.
Each Pathway is organized by Programs (in dark blue), Courses (in light blue), and individual Modules (white). Programs and Courses each have a description to provide context to the content of the modules within. Each module contains a duration, last updated date, Google Drive folder, and direct links to the SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and IMSCC files as well as mp4 files for all video modules.
