In this lesson you will review how to enable permissions for TXPRO to District users and users with access to multiple Schools.
Only the school districts in Texas will use the TXPRO application.
Only the Admin User at your organization can complete the following task.
Where to Start
- Select Roles to begin.
- Confirm District Access Levels are selected.
- Select External Apps.
TXPRO Role Permissions

- A TXPRO menu will appear with View, Data Upload, and Recalculate.
- Apply District permissions as desired.
Enabling to View allows a user to have the ability to view and have access to the following based on their account affiliations:
- Overview
- Student Achievement
- School Progress
- Closing the Gaps
- Campus Comparison
No other permissions will be enabled.
When a user is given the permission to Upload Data, the user will have access to the following based on their account affiliations:
- Overview
- Student Achievement
- School Progress
- Closing the Gaps
- Campus Comparison
- Settings (except the Recalculate Now feature)
- Help
View permissions will be included when Data Upload is enabled.
When a user is given the permission to Recalculate, the user will be able to submit a request for recalculation through the Recalculate Now button in Settings. View and Data Upload permissions will be included when Recalculate is enabled
Save Changes

- Make sure to select Save to apply and confirm permission changes.
- If you made a mistake, select Back to return to not apply changes and return to the permissions page.
