Answer Key Only, Express, ExamView, and Item Bank assessments may be administered on paper by using answer sheets and scored using Scan, or by using GradeCam‚Ñ¢ technology. This document will review the process for printing answer sheets for administering assessments on paper.
Scan and GradeCam answer sheets are NOT interchangeable. Please make sure that if an assessment permits both types of scoring, the correct answer sheet is selected for printing by users.
Where to Start
- From the Top Menu Bar, click on Assessments.
Teachers and campu-level users can access this same are by selecting the Assessments Filmcard and then choosing Manage Assessments.
- In the Assessment Manager, find the assessment and select the bolded Printer Icon.
The Print icon will be bolded if Scanning and/or GradeCam™  was selected as a Method of Delivery in the Setup step of the assessment creation process, the assessment has been published, and students have been scheduled to take the assessment.
- Select the Answer Sheet Type
SchoolCity answer sheets provide the option to select either individual or class roster sheets and normal or large bubble sizes.
