The Report Card is a SchoolCity module that can be implemented by the district. There is no fee for the module. However, there are fees associated with the template setup for the Report Cards. The environment is designed in collaboration with the district to include standards-based grading statements and grading rubrics based on district needs. In addition, SchoolCity includes Report Card Admin permissions that can be granted to specific District and School Level Administrators in order to manage students, teachers, and Report Card settings.
In the Top Menu Bar
- Click the grid icon to open the navigation grid menu. Select Report Card.
- Or, from the Launchpad, click on the REPORT CARD Flip Card.
- On the flipped side, select View/Print/Enter Grade by Student.
Preview/Print Report Card
- To preview the entire report card and comments for a specific student, navigate to the Report Card home screen by clicking on the By Student tab.
- Click on the printer icon to the far right of the student’s name to generate a PDF which can then be printed.
To print selected or all Report Cards for a class,
- Select the bulk check box to the left of the Student ID column for all students. Select the check box for individual student to only include them in the processing.
- Select the Print All / Selected button above the table.
SchoolCity will generate a PDF output file that includes the selected students.
