Users with a role that has share permissions enabled have the ability to share Professional Learning Community (PLC) assessments with users outside of the PLC.
Require Permissions: PLC - Share Item Bank Assessment and/or PLC - Share Other Assessments
Where to Start
- From the grid, select Assessments.
Manage assessments can also be accessed by using the Assessments flipcard and selecting Manage Assessments.
- Select the PLC tab.
- Use the checkbox(s) to select an assessment(s) to share.
- Select the Share icon.
Only published assessments can be shared.
Share with Selected Grades
- Choose to share with Selected Grades.
- Use the checkboxes to select grade levels.
- Select Share.
Share with Selected Users
- Choose to share with Selected Users.
- Use the dropdown menus to filter to users by grade level and user role. Select Refresh to apply filters.
- Enter a users's name into the text field to filter the user list.
- Use the checkboxes to select users.
- Select Share.
