CCMR Rate: The CCMR Rate is the percentage of 2022-23 graduates who met at least one of the CCMR indicators. It is calculated by dividing the total number of CCMR points by the number of 2023 annual graduates.
Graduation Rate: The Graduation Rates are the 4-year, 5-year, and 6-year high school graduation rates with state exclusions.
- 4-year Graduation Rate: Percent of class of 2023 who graduated.
- 5-year Graduation Rate: Percent of class of 2022 who graduated.
- 6-year Graduation Rate: Percent of class of 2021 who graduated.
Dropout Rate: The Dropout Rate is the annual dropout rate of students in grades 9-12 of school year 2022-23. It is calculated by dividing the number of students in grades 9-12 designated as having dropped out by the number of students enrolled in grades 9-12 at any time during the school year 2022-23. Enter this value only if the 4-year, 5-year, and 6-year graduation rates are not available.
Economically Disadvantaged Students: Please enter this data if available. The overall percentage of economically disadvantaged students based on TSDS PEIMS fall snapshot data is used in Domain 2. It is calculated by dividing the number of students in membership* who are eligible for free or reduced-price lunch or other public assistance by the total number of students in membership.
*Membership does not include those students who are served in the district/campus for fewer than two hos per day, and is slightly different from enrollment. A student is in membership in your district/campus if the student is enrolled in the district/campus and is either scheduled to attend at least two hours of instruction each school day, or participates in an alternative attendance accounting program.
Federal Graduation Rate: The federal 4-year graduation rate of the class of 2023 without state exclusions is used in Domain 3. Enter the federal graduation rate for 11 student groups, if available.
CCMR Rate: The CCMR Rate used in Domain 3 is different from the CCMR Rate used in Domain 1. It is calculated by dividing the total number of CCMR points by number of 2023 annual graduates plus students in grade 12 who did not graduate in school year 2022-23. Enter the CCMR rate for all 14 student groups, if available.
