lead4ward (Texas Only) - IQ Data Report

The IQ Data Report populates STAAR response (answer choice) data for a campus or district. Items on the report are organized in the same order as items on the lead4ward Released Test (IQ) resource to more easily apply local data alongside statewide answer choice selection data. This lesson walks through how to create an IQ Data Report.

lead4ward reports are only available for Texas districts. Texas districts can request these reports be enabled through their Customer Support Manager or the SchoolCity Support team.

Where to Start

The Reports navigation tile.
  1. Select the Launchpad down arrow.
  2. Select Reports.

  1. Select the lead4ward tab.
  2. Select the + button under the Create column to start a new report.
  3. Select the eye icon under the View column to view already created reports.

Create an IQ Data Report

  1. Under Step 1, select the desired Grade.
  2. Under Step 2, select the desired School Group and School.
  3. Select Show Demographics to open the Demographics menu. Use the available demographics dropdowns to filter the report data to the desired demographics.
  4. Select Save & Run Report.

  1. Enter a Report Name.
  2. Select Save.

  1. A confirmation popup message appears, and the Manage lead4ward Report Requests screen will open.

  1. The report will begin generating. Refresh the page and check the Status column periodically to check when the report has finished rendering.
  2. Once the Status is Completed, select the Download icon to begin downloading an Excel file of the report.
