The Integrated Performance Report (IP) is a comprehensive predefined report that displays student responses, item averages, and summary data. This lesson guides users through accessing and interpreting the IP Report.
Where to Start
- Go to Reports.
The Predefined tab opens by default on the Reports Manager.
- Select Integrated Performance (IP) from the list of available reports.
Integrated Performance Report - Summary
- The Assessment Name and summary of the assessment display at the top. Use the arrow menus to change the Roster Year and Assessment as needed.
- Filter for results based on Grade, Course Group, Course, School, Teacher, or Period. Select Refresh after making any choices.
- Filter Students based on Class Details or Demographics to further define the report.
- Select PRA to access PRAs assigned for this assessment, and the student results.
- This report can be viewed as a Summary or By Items. The Summary displays by default.
- Select Spiral and New Standards to view overall standard performance for each standard linked to items on the assessment. Spiral Standards can be set on AKO and Item Bank assessments.
- New Standards are standards being assessed for the first time
- Spiral Standards are standards being reassessed
- Select Create Group to create a student group based on the results of the report.
- The green heading displays Student Information, including the ID, Last Name, First Name, and Grade at Testing.
- The Percent Correct displays for every Item Type on the assessment. The top line of the report displays the district average for each item type and combined score for comparison.
- The Combined Score displays the student's Overall Percent Correct on the assessment.
Select the Assessment Name to view an online preview of the assessment.
Integrated Performance Report - By Item
- Select By Items to view the report by individual items.
- The first columns display Student Information, including the ID, Last Name, First Name, and Grade at Testing.
- The Combined Score displays the student's Overall Percent Correct on the assessment.
- Each question displays in a table. The top displays the question number, followed by the linked Standard, followed by the question type.
- The table displays student responses and highlights incorrect responses in red.
Incorrect answers are shown in red, correct answers show the point value in grey, and partially correct answers show answers in red and green.
