The Usage Report is normally identified as a restricted report for Admin and District level users only. The Usage Report displays summary and detail views of all district staff and students who have logged in over a selected period of time, as well as summary and detail views of Assessments created and administered.
Usage - Login
- From the Navigation Menu, select Reports.
- Click the Usage tab.

Usage Report - Login Summary By Staff:
- Select Login (default) view.
- Show Summary (default) view.
- Select View By Staff.
- Determine the Usage Date Range. Use the calendar icon to select the desired date range.
- Click on View Report.
- Filter results further by using the drop down menus.
- Results: School name, # of Logins, and Last Login.
- Full Screen view option.
- Export results to PDF, Excel, or CSV.

Usage Report - Login Detail By Staff:
- Select Login (default) view.
- Select Detail view.
- Select View By Staff.
- Determine the Usage Date Range. Use the calendar icon to select the desired date range.
- Click on View Report.
- Filter results further by using the drop down menus.
- Results: User Name, School, User Level, User Role, # of Logins, and Last Login.
- Full Screen view option.
- Export results to PDF, Excel, or CSV.

- Filter results further by using the drop down menus.
- Click Refresh.
- Edit Chart view options.
- Results: School Name, School Year, Assessments Created, Assessments Administered.
- Full Screen view option.
- Export results to PDF, Excel, or CSV.
