Where to Start

- Select the Grid.
- Select Reports.
- Select lead4ward.
- Use Create (+) to start a new report.
- Use the View (eyeball icon) to view the already created report.
Create a New Leadership, Teacher Learning, and Standards Report

- Complete Step 1: Select Subject, Grade, and School.
- Select the Subject
- Select the Grade
- Select the School Group
- Select the School Site
- Apply selections.
- Complete Step 2: Filter Assessments.
- Select School Year
- Select Assessment Level
- Select Collection
- Select Tag
- Set the Test Data Range
- Select Refresh to apply filters.
- Select Assessments for Check Point 1.
- Enter into the search bar to search for a historical TEA STAAR data.
- Once all selections have been made, select Save.

- Enter a Report Name into the text field
- Select Save.
Check Point 2
- Select the Check Point 2 tab.
- Set Filters.
- Select Year
- Select Assessment Level (District recommended)
- Select Collection
- Select Tags
- Set Date Range
- Select Refresh to apply filters.
- Select Assessments.
- Enter into the search bar to search for the specified year's TEA STAAR data.
- Select Save.
Check Point 3
- Select the Check Point 3 tab.
- Select Filters.
- Select Assessment Level
- Select Collection
- Select Tags
- Select Refresh to apply filters.
- Select Assessments for Check Point 3.
- Enter into the search bar to search for a specific most recent TEA STAAR data.
- Select Save.
Summary & Run
- Select the Summary tab.
- Review selections for Check Point 1, 2, and 3.
- Select Save & Run.
- Reports will begin generating. Refresh the page and check the Status column periodically to check when the report has finished rendering.
- Once Completed, use the download icon to generate a PDF of the report.
Create a Sources, Quintile, and Subcluster Intervention Report
- Select Filters.
- Select School Year
- Select Assessment Level
- Select Collection
- Select Subject
- Select Grade
- Select Tags
- Set the Test Data Range
- Select Refresh to apply filters.
- Select Assessments.
- Enter into the search bar to search for specific assessments.
- Select and drag assessment(s) to reorder.
- Once all selections have been made, select Save & Run Report

- Enter a name for the report.
- Select Roster Year and Roster.
- Select Save.
- Select Refresh to view generated reports.
- The Subcluster Intervention Report defaults.
- Use the + to open each subcluster report by
- Use the Overall or Assessment tabs to view Quintile reports.
- Use the + to open each Quintile report by
Create an IQ Data Report

Complete Step 1.
- Use the drop-down menu to select a grade level.
Complete Step 2.
- Use the drop-down menus to select a school site(s).
- Select Save & Run Report.

- Enter a name for the report.
- Select Save.

- Select Roster data.
- Select Ok to view report
- The report will begin generating. Refresh the page and check the Status column periodically to check when the report has finished rendering.
- Once Completed, use the download icon to generate an EXCEL file of the report.
Create a TEKS Scaffold Report

- Complete Step 1: Select Subject, Grade, and School.
- Select the Subject
- Select the Grade
- Select the School Group
- Select the School Site
- Apply selections.
- Complete Step 2: Filter Assessments.
- Select School Year
- Select Collection
- Select Tags
- Select Refresh to apply filters.
- Use the tabs to select Assessments for Check Point 1, 2 and 3.
- Enter into the search bar to search for a assessments.
- Once all selections have been made, select Save

- Enter a Report Name.
- Select Save.
- The report will begin generating. Refresh the page and check the Status column periodically to check when the report has finished rendering.
