The Leadership Report Card, Teacher Learning Report, Standards Report, and Sources Report all utilize one process to filter to the desired subject, students, and assessments, which provides users with a downloadable Excel file including all of these reports. This lesson walks through how to create this combination report file.
lead4ward reports are only available for Texas districts. Texas districts can request these reports be enabled through their Customer Support Manager or the SchoolCity Support team.
Leadership Report Card: This one-page report provides summary-level data from lead4ward TEKS Clusters, or unique bundles of standards for each content area and grade/course. The Leadership Report Card helps identify areas of focus in the curriculum for teacher professional development and/or student intervention.
Teacher Learning Report: This report provides data for each TEKS Cluster with aligned Student Expectations and/or subclusters. Teacher Learning Reports help identify specific parts of the curriculum where students (and/or teachers) may need support, and enhances data analysis for instructional planning.
Standards Report: This report displays performance at the Student Expectation level, organized by standard type (Readiness, Supporting, Process, and non-tested). It includes an adjustable indicator for highlighting data at two different levels of concern. The Standards Report helps identify growth, maintenance, or decline at the Student Expectation level.
Sources Report: The Sources Report provides descriptive information on the data selected for each report, and each individual Checkpoint on the report.
