Bulk Activation will activate all scheduled students for the selected number of assessments. Depending on the number of assessments chosen and the number of students scheduled, this procedure may require overnight processing.
Bulk Activate for Online Testing is a permission-based feature available by default to Admin level users. Admin users may grant this permission to other user roles via the Admin module Roles tab.
- From the Top Menu Bar, select the Apps icon (waffle), and then select Admin to go to the Admin module.
- Or, from the Launchpad, click on the ADMIN Flip Card.
- On the reverse side, select Roles.
- To the far right of the selected Role, click the downward facing arrow and select Edit in the drop down menu.
District Role: In the Assessment tab, find Bulk Activate Online Testing in the header. The District Role may be given permission to Bulk Activate for District assessments (None, My, All).
- None means the user cannot bulk activate for any assessment.
- My means the user can only bulk activate for the assessments he/she has created.
- All means the user can bulk activate all assessments.
School Role: The School Role may be given permission to Bulk Activate Online Testing for assessments at the School level (None, My, All) and/or at the District level (None, My, All).
Teacher Role: The Teacher Role may be given permission to Bulk Activate Online Testing for assessments at the School level (None, My, All) and/or at the District level (None, My, All).
